Welcome to Natty Nurses! I'm Dr. Natasha Osei, the founder and CEO of this vibrant community dedicated to supporting and uplifting nurses everywhere. My journey into nursing began with my work as an EMT, driven by a passion for helping others in their most critical moments. From there, I advanced to LPN, then RN, working in the high-stakes world of ICU nursing. However, as an African American woman, I often felt like I didn’t quite fit into the traditional nursing workforce. Navigating this, along with the overwhelming demands of healthcare, soon left me burned out and struggling to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Despite these challenges, I continued to grow, becoming a Nurse Practitioner and eventually earning my Doctorate in Nursing. I founded Natty Nurses to create the inclusive, supportive environment I had longed for—a place where nurses from all backgrounds can find acceptance, resources, and camaraderie.

Natty Nurses is more than just a community; it’s a movement to stylishly evolve nursing culture. Our mission is to provide nurses with the education, tools, and resources they need to manage stress, tackle anxiety, and achieve a fulfilling work-life balance.
